We’ve been working on the Moonlit Chalet for some time now! Raising Koi in the pond, filling the gardens, Painting, plumbing, furnishing, all the usual renovation projects, and of course our recycled paper flooring project! Paper: cut and painted to look like wood, adhered to the floor and coated with a durable finish. With running water, electric, wood heat and a full kitchen, the Moonlit chalet is the perfect getaway/hideaway nestled into the woods.
The Moonlit Chalet is a magical place nestled into the woods, marked by open forest views, and natural light. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over our lake, from the porches, or through the glass picture windows. Listen to the creek meandering along the covered side porch. Moon-lights, cozy wood-stove, and comfy furniture deepen the relax factor. The Moonlit Chalet is a place of beauty, to unwind, unplug and enjoy nature.
