Grounding Myst
I began using this myst a few months ago for help with a medical condition that causes vertigo ranging from mild to severe at any given moment. It has helped tremendously with the vertigo. I had never read the "online" description until now. The feeling of being "safe" has eluded me my entire life, literally since early childhood. I have been noticing and commenting on how safe and comfortable I am feeling lately. I had not realized the connection to the Grounding Myst - which I use every morning. What a blessing this has been in my life. I highly recommend it!
